Don’t waste time sifting through endless records. Quick Search instantly pulls up relevant results across multiple fields, plus you can create and save search filters.

Why Use Quick Search?

  • Instant Results – Locate assets, work orders, or parts in seconds
  • Smart Search Logic – Finds records matching any part of your query
  • Saved Searches - Save search filters to make finding records easy for you and your team.

How to Use Quick Search

  1. Select the white search box in the top-right corner of the module
  2. Type your search term (e.g., part number, asset name, or work order ID)
  3. Press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon

Quick Search Tips

  • Search results include records where your query appears in any preset field
  • Use spaces to search multiple words (e.g., “Melter Tank” finds records containing both words)
  • Results are capped at 500 for faster load times

Need More Results? Use Filters or check My Reports under your User Icon for detailed data.

Best Practices

  • Keep Queries Simple – Start with key terms and refine as needed
  • Use Consistent Naming Conventions – Ensure assets and records follow a standard format
  • Leverage Recent Records – Access your last 10 viewed records to save time
  • Review My Profile Search Settings - Set the desired search behavior when searching in record view and automatically apply filters in list view of key modules.
