AEH Legacy Consulting, an Alabama-based company, has 50 years of collective experience in industrial manufacturing. They provide customers guidance in process optimization, technology integration, and inventory management. They are experts in manufacturing logistics, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, inventory control, and preventive maintenance to help clients operate more efficiently and scale with confidence.
Now, AEH Legacy Consulting has partnered with CMMS software specialist MVP One to expand their offerings to their manufacturing clients. Liz Hansen, owner of AEH Legacy Consulting said of the partnership, “I believe our floor-level knowledge coupled with an excellent CMMS, has generated deep, systemic benefits by shifting organizations from short-term firefighting to long-term operational resilience.”
While the partnership is new, AEH Legacy and MVP One have worked together for a long time. The relationship between the two companies, Hansen said, has evolved by focusing on bridging the gap between the CMMS and end users. She added this drives value by transforming vendor management into a proactive data-driven system, rather than reactive.
“MVP One provides the digital architecture, but AEH Legacy cleanses the database,” Hansen said. “This structural data preparation guarantees that the automated features inside the software functions correctly.”
A proactive system gives users the tools necessary to adopt a predictive and preventive maintenance program that improves safety and reduces downtime. The costs and dangers associated with process manufacturers, in particular, can have far-reaching consequences beyond the facility itself.
Hansen said they leverage MVP One’s CMMS capabilities by combining structured data cleanup and standardized operational processes. “This active intervention bridges the gap between software features and floor-level execution to drive transparency and accountability,” Hansen said.
Transparency and accountability also improves the collaboration process. Hansen said developing each module within the CMMS helps ensure a unified end-to-end workflow that is streamlined and provides automated reportable data. Companies that provide a clear path and structure regardless of role will produce better results and give users a sense of empowerment.
This is part of AEH’s overall goal in building a partnership that’s built around providing a solution to the company’s specific operation and goals. Their focus is on delivering and implementing measurable results that give the customer the answers they need for their short- and long-term initiatives.
